Our Highlights in 2009 include:

  • Invited as a student accommodation exhibiter at the Annual Tertiary Expo at the RNA Showgrounds in June, with over 15,000 students visiting the Exhibition;
  • Invited by QUT to attend its Open day in July this year;
  • Ranked 1st of Google ;
  • Attended the James Cook University and Sarina Russo Institute market day 2009 as an exhibitor;
  • Recognised by Premiers & Cabinet, Queensland State Government and Brisbane City Council as a key stakeholder to participate in the Intergovernmental Taskforce established recently by the Premier and Lord Mayor to identify any issues in the industry as well as promote student accommodation as a key industry sector for Brisbane and Queensland;
  • Recently invited by Brisbane City Council to be a major sponsor at the Brisbane Welcomes International Students Event 2010 to be held on 6 March 2010;
  • Recently invited by Queensland State Government to be a major sponsor to the new My Student Guide to be launched on 1 January 2010 to go to over 50,000 students next year being a colour coded guide map to Brisbane;
  • Invited by the English Australia Board to present on the International Student Market and proposed Code of Practice to promote the student accommodation industry (presentation attached).
