The Pad Student Living operates as our specialist student accommodation property management arm, now being the largest independant student accommodation service providers in Brisbane, Queensland.

Our Student Living property management team are multi-lingual –  English, French, Arabic and Mandarin with a particular emphasis on quality and personal service.

The Pad Student Living is now recognised as a leader in this sector predominantly due to the work undertaken with our clients and Education providers as well as being a Board member of the Student Accommodation Industry Association (SAIA).
